Time Varies Depending on Requirements – This workshop is sponsored by Third Federal Savings & Loan. You will learn about the home buying process and strategies to help you become a successful homeowner. Topics include budgeting and managing credit, obtaining a mortgage, shopping for a home, the appraisal and inspection process, the mortgage closing, and life as a homeowner. Completion of this course may qualify you for federal, state, local government or private mortgage programs. Certificate of Completion provided. To respect the learning experience of all participants, children are not allowed at this workshop.
